Is Heyperai available yet?
Not yet. It is in active development and we are letting people in gradually. Joining the waitlist reserves your place and costs nothing.
Are these the final prices?
Not yet. They are the prices we expect to launch with, published so you can judge roughly what Heyperai will cost. Nothing is charged until checkout opens, and any change will be shown here first.
Will I be charged automatically when it launches?
No. There is no card on file and no plan to opt out of. When checkout opens, you choose whether to pay for anything at all.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan comes with a monthly credit allowance that refills automatically, lets you try every model, and needs no card. It is a permanent part of the pricing, not a trial.
What is a credit?
One unit of work. Each job costs credits according to what it runs on — a quick image costs little, a second of top-tier video costs more, because those models cost very different amounts to run. The table above shows current costs. Colour grading runs in your browser and costs nothing at all.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your plan's monthly allowance refreshes each month and does not carry over. Credits you buy in a pack are different: they never expire, and they are only used once your monthly allowance runs out.
What happens if I run out of credits?
A job that needs more credits than you have simply won't start, so you are never charged for something half-done. Top up with a credit pack any time, or wait for your allowance to refill.
What if a job fails?
You get the credits back automatically. Credits are set aside when a job starts and returned if it fails or produces nothing, and jobs measured by length are settled to what they actually used.
Who owns what I make?
You do. Outputs are yours to use commercially, on every plan including the free one, and nothing is watermarked.
