Cookie Policy
The small number of cookies and browser storage Heyperai uses — all of them needed to sign you in or remember your settings. No advertising trackers.
This summary is here to help you find your way. The full text below is what applies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, keep information in your browser in the same way. This policy covers both and uses “cookies” for all of them.
What we use
Strictly necessary cookies. These make signing in work. Without them you cannot use your account, so they cannot be switched off in the Service.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
sb-…-auth-token | Keeps you signed in and proves to our servers that requests come from you. It may be split into several numbered cookies. | Until you sign out, or the session expires |
sb-…-auth-token-code-verifier | Secures the sign-in when you use Google or X | Deleted once sign-in completes |
Preferences in local storage. These stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
heyperai-theme | Remembers light or dark mode | Until you clear it |
heyperai-ui | Remembers layout choices, such as a collapsed sidebar | Until you clear it |
The editors may also keep unsaved work and settings in your browser so that nothing is lost if a tab closes.
What we don't use
We don't use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social media pixels or any other technology that tracks you across websites. Blog page views and affiliate link clicks are counted on our servers without cookies and without identifying you. If we ever add cookies that aren't strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting them and update this policy.
Third-party cookies
Some services we rely on set their own cookies, under their own policies:
- Razorpay, when you open checkout, to process the payment and prevent fraud.
- Google and X, on their own sites, while you sign in with them.
- YouTube, if a blog post contains an embedded video.
These are listed on our Subprocessors page where they process personal data for us.
Managing cookies
Your browser lets you see, block and delete cookies and local storage. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in. Clearing local storage resets your theme and layout preferences.
