Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you upload, generate, edit or share with Heyperai, and to how you use the Service. It is part of our Terms of Service. Our model providers apply their own safety filters as well, and a request can be declined by either of us.

Never create, upload or request sexual or sexually suggestive content involving anyone under 18, or content that sexualises children in any way, including drawn, animated or AI-generated depictions. We remove it, close the account permanently, and report it to the relevant authorities.

Tools such as face swap, relighting and re-angling work on real photos. Don't:

• use a real person's face, body or voice without their permission, or to create intimate, sexual or nude imagery of them;
• create deepfakes meant to deceive — making someone appear to say or do something they didn't, in a way people could believe is real;
• impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent where content came from;
• create content that harasses, bullies, threatens or defames anyone, or reveals their private information.

Don't use Heyperai to create or share content that:

• is illegal where you are or where it will be seen;
• is sexually explicit;
• promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism or violent extremism, or shows graphic violence intended to shock;
• attacks people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar characteristics;
• encourages self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
• is false or misleading about elections, public health, emergencies or public figures and is presented as real;
• supports fraud, scams, phishing or fake reviews and endorsements;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights — see the Copyright & Takedown Policy.

If you publish realistic AI-generated or AI-altered images or video that people could mistake for real footage, disclose that they were made or changed with AI wherever the law or the platform you publish on requires it — and wherever leaving it out would mislead your audience.

Don't:

• try to bypass safety filters, credit charges, rate limits or plan limits;
• access the Service through bots, scrapers or unofficial clients, or create accounts in bulk;
• resell, sublicense or share access to your account;
• probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or interfere with its operation;
• upload malware or anything designed to damage systems or data.

If content or activity breaks this policy, we may remove the content, block the request, suspend or close the account, and report illegal activity to the authorities. We consider context, and where it is reasonable we will explain what happened and give you a chance to respond. Credits spent on content that breaks this policy are not refunded.
